The Independent $599

ADVICE: We research other sold homes and help determine what your home is worth.  We'll meet you at home and offer great advice on how to best prepare for going on the market.

MARKETING: We market your home to other agents on the Wilmington MLS for as long as you need.  We list your home on realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, HOTPADS and other major real estate websites.  We furnish you with a for sale sign, flyer box and design a custom color flyer for you. We use a minimum of 15 professionally taken color photos in our online marketing.

CONVENIENCE: We use a designated call center to schedule showings for your property at times convenient for you.

SECURITY: We use a supra key lockbox which can only be accessed by members of our MLS. We can always keep track of who has entered and shown your home.

 

 

 

The Negotiator $599 + 1% at closing

Our Full Service Package includes all of the above Independent services and additionally Professional Representation.  Full detail below:

Lot Listings II $450 + 1.5% at closing
