MARKETING: We market your home to other agents on the Wilmington MLS for as long as you need to sell. We list your home on realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, craigslist, homes.com, and other major real estate websites. We furnish you with a for sale sign, flyer box and design a custom color flyer for you. We use a minimum of 15 professionally taken color photos in our online marketing.

CONVENIENCE: We use a designated call center to schedule showings for your property at times convenient for you.

SECURITY: We use a supra key lockbox which can only be accessed by members of our MLS. We can always keep track of who has entered and shown your home.

The Negotiator $599 + 1% at closing

  2. We'll meet you at the property to take a look, offer great advice on how to prepare your home for sale and give you our pricing opinion.

  3. Choose your listing package, sign up and we're ready to go.

  4. We take high quality photos of your home and upload them onto the MLS. We'll market your home on realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia and many other prominent real estate websites.

  5. We'll stop by with your for sale sign, flyers and lockbox.

The Independent: $599*
This package is for those people who are happy to represent themselves but need assistance with getting their property onto the MLS and marketed effectively online. *In the case of exceptional properties the cost may be higher.

The Negotiator: $599 + 1% paid at closing
This is our full service package. It includes everything you would expect from a major real estate brokerage, without the high commission structure.
