As long as the property that you are buying, either existing or new construction, is listed with a REALTOR you will be eligible.  In keeping with our concept of lower rate real estate brokerage fees for our clients we are offering 1% of the total sales price back at closing!!! 

Buy new appliances, new furniture or pay your first months mortgage payment on us.

To qualify for the program the following terms must be met:

1. You must enter into an exclusive buyers agency contract with ACUMEN.  This contract will outline the terms of our agency agreement and state that you will be eligible for the 1% cash back as long as we are acting as your agent.

2. The contract and deed must be in your name.

3. You must inform seller’s agents from the onset of the buying process that you are working exclusively with ACUMEN as your buyers agent.

4. Your rebate must be disclosed on the HUD1 settlement statement at closing.
