For many homeowners it is a hassle to schedule showing appointments for Realtors when you are at work.  This package includes the use of a lock box and access to our appointment center so Realtors can easily and securely schedule times to show your homes that are convenient for you.

You must still pay a commission to the buyer’s agent, usually 205-3%.  This amount is typical yet how much you pay is at your discretion.  Should you sell your home without the use of a Realtor you will not be responsible for paying a commission.
